THE FINAL STEP TO MANIFESTING YOUR DREAM : LET IT GO

Part of being in this human body is believing we can control the timing and sequence of events in our lives. We are quite comfortable being in the driver’s seat as we live life, it gives us the feeling that by micromanaging the process, it will somehow manifest quicker, better, more to our liking. The ego is the aspect of the self that creates doubt. It questions your worth, your strengths, your skills, your divine gifts – and your potential to succeed in this life. The ego might also doubt others and their good intentions.

As a spiritual being, you have been gifted the power to co-create your reality, your life’s unfoldment with Source, with the entire Universe. Through your thoughts, words, and your intentions, you mightily co-create your future with the divine realm. Very often on our journey, we unconsciously begin to step in, placing pieces of the puzzle of our lives together that reflects our own wants, although your dream has already manifested on the spiritual realm.

But in doing so, we might create blockages. Everything is created of energy. You are made of energy. And when you allow the ego to take the lead, this stops the flow of Divine Energies to be able to bring your dreams into the physical realm, from the spirit realm, where it already exists. There already is a Divine plan for your life. The abundance and prosperity that your heart longs for has come into manifestation in the spirit world, through your hard work and positivity. Your task is to work with what is already there, to bring it into existence in the physical world by staying aligned with the frequency of the Universe, with positive words, thought patterns, and actions.

When we begin to write our own script in our heads about the end result of your heart’s desires, this hinders the loving flow of Universal Energies from bringing your dreams into your life. Ego-driven wishes will not be in alignment with the greatest good of all involved. Although your dream might seem like the perfect creation, in manipulating its divine unfoldment, by adding subtle variations, refinements that might not serve your highest good.

An attempt to manipulate the outcome is a good indicator you are in your masculine energy. We all have both masculine and feminine energies. And when you are mostly using your masculine energy to create your life’s dream, this manifests as controlling, dominating, more aggressive, active behaviors and thoughts. As you create your dream, you must naturally use these commonly male oriented energies to bring the task to completion, yet it must be tempered with feminine energies, where there is a natural surrender, openness, trust, vulnerability, flowing with life – and the evolution of your co-creation with the Universe.

It is crucial to understand that balance is necessary as you create your dream with the Divine. There must be an equal balance of work, play, rest, and relaxation. When all of our efforts are devoted to work endeavors or to play, it ultimately creates an inner energetic imbalance. Remember, since you are made of energy, if you are imbalanced in any area of your life, it disrupts the ability of the spirit realm to work with the energy you are projecting out into the Universe. This is important to keep in mind because we might wonder why our goals, aspirations, and wants are not coming to fruition, no matter how hard we push, regulate, stay busy and focused on our future life plan.

By attempting to take the reins of the divine plan for your life, you are unthinkingly sending the message to the Universe that you do not trust that your needs and wants will be provided to you in divine order and in divine right time. Everything comes to you when it is supposed to, nothing arrives before its time.

By wishing it, dreaming it, wanting it, nothing will bring it into existence until we let go. Co-creation is your ability to understand and accept your part in the plan. Consider yourself the co-pilot of the aircraft, while Source is the pilot. Allow the Creator to fly the plane, having the knowledge, the training, the foresight, the capacity to bring you to the ground for a safe arrival. The Universe knows the pitfalls, the stumbling blocks, the missteps that you cannot see ahead of you. If you were to manifest your dream to your liking alone, it could create chaos, it might hurt loved ones, your actions could come with grave consequences. Your wishes and desires will not happen when you want or how you want, the way you have envisioned it or expected it to manifest, everything happens in perfect time and order.

To successfully release all of your wants up to the Universe, it helps to have a calm mind and grounded presence. Meditation is always my go-to, it grounds you and gives you the still mind you are looking for, to be able to think clearly. With stillness of mind, you see things as they are, with clarity, without external interference. You connect to your soul when you take time to meditate. In connecting to your soul, you tap into your internal navigation system, it will never misguide you. Your soul is what connects you to the Divine Force, to the spirit realm, those on the planet – and to all the good that surrounds you.

The Divine speaks to your quiet mind. You receive the answers you seek when you achieve that inner stillness and balance. It serves you well to commit to a consistent meditation practice. Clear, divine messages are given to you, guiding your every step, leading you to your destined life. In receiving this guidance and support from the Universe, you are able to fully let go, realizing that all is well and all is going according to the divine plan for your life.

Using positive affirmations help to keep your mindset positive. Remember, your thoughts too are energy, you want to ensure that all you put out into the Universe is of a positive nature. Your thoughts create your reality, make sure they reflect what it is you desire. When you realize you are veering off into a negative space, quickly shift your thoughts to attract all that you do want.

Affirmations to confirm your trust in the Divine to provide you with all of your heart’s desires might be: “I let go and allow the Divine plan for my life to unfold,” “Everything is unfolding for my highest and greatest good,” I give my wishes, wants and dreams up to the Universe,” or “I have hope, faith, and trust in the will of the Creator.” This will serve as your intention to the Universe to release, to trust in the divine process of your life. It also helps you to rid of tension that might unconsciously accumulate inside your energetic body, from wanting to assume control, to manifest your life on your terms. You are not alone in this, not for one moment, know this.

You have an entire team of spirits, light beings of love, ancestors and loved ones crossed over who are committed to supporting you, wanting your success, for your dream to become your reality. You were meant to succeed. Whatever your request to the Universe might be, (i.e.. sense of purpose, career, love, family, health) know that you can achieve it, with the support of Divine Energies, it can and will manifest in the time frame and sequence that serves the greatest good of all.

With your commitment, your diligence, your unwavering drive to succeed, and with a heart full of gratitude, it will manifest when you are ready for it, when all is divinely organized, with the people, the situations and the events in line for you to succeed at your craft, in purpose, in your family – and in your life. Remember, gratitude is one of the highest vibrating energies there is. Always aim to stay open, grateful, heart-centered in your appreciation for the blessings of the Universe. The divine realm responds to a grateful heart.

Engaging in a sea ritual can help to release your need for control. It is a powerful ritual to aid in letting go of anything that does not serve your highest good, including your desire to control the unfolding of your life. Go to the ocean. In the sand, write (using your fingertip or tree branch) what you would like to let go of. If you want to get out of the way so that the Universe can successfully align with your energy to bring your heart’s desires into reality, you can write: “let go,” “release control,” “set free” or “surrender,” into the sand.

After you write your intention into the sand, erase it with your hand, to symbolize and give strength to your heartfelt wish to step aside. By stepping out of the way, your trust in Divine Forces will raise your vibration, allowing the energies of the Universe to align with your higher frequency, bringing all of your dreams into existence in perfect time.

Detachment is critical when working with Divine Energies to manifest your wishes. Letting go or non-attachment means you release assumptions, expectations – and hard held beliefs about the creation of your dream. You get what you expect and for this reason it is best to think positive thoughts and surrender all your mind wants to have figured out.

When you are in a state of flow, you allow things in your life to unfold, allowing the Divine realm to do its part as you move in the world, in this flow of life, not pushing or forcing things to happen. This is when things begin to flow, with ease, in your body, your mind – and in your life.

When you detach from your own perceptions and understanding of how and when your desires will manifest, you come into oneness with Source, the Universe, with your soul – and all of life. Here, in this space, you are more comfortable with the ebb and flow of your soul’s existence, patient, trusting, working in harmony with the angelic and spirit realm in your creation.

Reality is constantly shifting, changing, new experiences and opportunities are in the process of manifesting for you, moving you further on your divine life path. The sooner you can accept and align with life’s flow, the easier it will be for your soul to be at peace. Your inner peace and acceptance of yourself as the co-creator of your future, raises your energy frequency, which then aligns you with the higher vibration of Universal Energies.

The Universe knows your heart, your soul, it understands what you long for. And when you find yourself veering off into control mode once again, in your thoughts and intentions, have compassion for yourself, be kind – and lean in once again to fully trusting in what the Primal Force of all creation has in store for you.

Use more play in your life. This helps keep you in life’s flow, not pushing or forcing things to come to life, but simply allowing what is already here for you to manifest.

Get outdoors with the kids, with family and friends. Go for a run, for a swim, out in nature, at the park or at the ocean. The sea is one of my personal favorite places to go to recharge, replenish – and return to oneness with the Universe. This is where I go to connect with the Creator, with Mother Earth, it is where I feel most alive, happy, free, unencumbered, connected to the entire Universe, to my soul, my essence.

Find your happy place. Get grounded and in the flow with all of life, this will help your soul find peace in each present moment, unfolding, for you. Things then begin to shift in your favor, as destiny moves you, another step in the direction of your heart’s desires – and your soul’s mission.
